Linda Boochever
Senior Research Analyst

Ms. Boochever worked as Vice President of Craciun Research for 10 years and has won numerous awards both statewide and nationally for marketing and advertising effectiveness, qualitative research, and writing.  Ms. Boochever served on the Board of Directors for the Advertising Federation of Alaska for five years including terms as President and Vice President. 

A talented analyst, writer and editor, Ms. Boochever’s experience in all aspects of marketing brings to clients practical marketing knowledge and strategies that work in the Northwest.  A lifelong Alaskan resident, Ms. Boochever holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in English and minor in Business Administration from the University of Alaska and has completed many advanced courses in qualitative research, marketing and business management.

Lorraine Eckstein, Ph.D.
Research Analyst
Dr. Eckstein has been actively involved in research administration for the past 17 years, specializing in qualitative research methods, questionnaire design, report writing, and research ethics.  Dr. Eckstein is a cultural anthropologist, earning her Doctorate from the University of Washington in Seattle. 

Dr. Eckstein has analyzed economic decision-making behavior in public markets, using economic models to interpret quantitative and qualitative data collected.  She has consulted on more than 200 national projects for many organizations included those concerned with Alaskan Natives, Native Americans, non-verbal behaviors in human study participants, and gender-relations in television commercials.

Tracy Dudley
Research Analyst
With more than 15 years of project management and research experience, Ms. Dudley offers unique and invaluable perspectives for customer satisfaction research and the importance of fulfillment of all research endeavors above and beyond client expectations.

Ms. Dudley earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado in Boulder and her Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing Research from the University of Colorado in Denver.
